Music is an integral part of The Salvation Army's life and ministry. Christchurch City Corps brings together a wide range of expressions including the following. CONTEMPORARY - The music team presents a variety of contemporary praise and worship songs using guitars, drums, piano, keyboard and vocalists. The leader is Aaron Chandler. |

| CHORAL - Our choral group, called the 'Songsters' bring ministry contributions to our Sunday services. as well as encouragement to residents in rest homes. Our vocal director is Heather Kench. |  |
